 Our mindfulness professional will guide you in an introduction to meditative and breathing techniques. He will also show you how to focus inward to help identify and eliminate issues affecting happiness in your life. The idea is to target stress and to increase well-being for a more effective personal and professional life.

Go to our booking page, complete the form, then one of our Event Specialists will contact you to complete your booking.

Step 2

We will prepare your personalized instructions for the event then send them to you, so you can send them along to the rest of your group.
